I finally joined the Audacity Network, before finding it I thought I was the only person in the world who saw these things happening It actually gives me hope in humanity. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in an environment that is now 83 percent female.  What I've endured includes sexual harassment, total preferential treatment to female counselors under the auspice of "empowering women," women with half the education and experience than me literally walk into a mental health provider and be handed the program director position. I've worked for women who regularly missed work to take care of their families and literally got the fast track to managerial positions - working for a provider for like eight months and getting a promotion. My greatest fear was that women were perpetuating the provider role for men, without considering the cost of living went way up since women entered the workforce, and now I see studies finding this is the case.  These should be easy to look up
