I finally joined the Audacity Network, before finding it I thought I was the only person in the world who saw these things happening It actually gives me hope in humanity. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in an environment that is now 83 percent female.  What I've endured includes sexual harassment, total preferential treatment to female counselors under the auspice of "empowering women," women with half my education and experience literally walking into a mental health provider and become program director. I've worked for women who regularly missed work to take care of their families, and many who literally got the fast track to managerial positions - working for a provider for like eight months and getting a promotion, then two more promotions in the next two years. My greatest fear is that women are perpetuating the provider role for men, through the filters of their own sexual bias, and now I see studies finding this to be the case.  These should be easy to look up. Also, someone has to do something about girls in schools and colleges regularly getting higher grades than guys who do the same work. When I was in college I remember hearing a girl say to the class, “I go an A on this? I didn’t even know the material! The teacher must like me.”
