Typical. I wouldn’t expect anything more at this point

- click the search (🔍) bar

- there should be a “category” drop-down menu to filter

- there should be a “pregame” option. If you click it the list of all pregame videos should populate in a list

*I say “should” because this app is kind of a mess. It works one way on my iphone, another on my iPad and it’s probably different on androids.

I hope this helps. They don’t seem to monitor the comments and/or respond to help request emails so it’s virtually impossible to get help from them

Nothing worked for me either. They never reply to emails from here asking for help with problems
