Why are missing live streams that you can find on the YT channel, isnt the purpose of the app to be the opposite?

Can you at least English subtitle the videos after the live streaming ends? This helps me a lot sometimes to understand better the content of a topics conversation, as i am watching from other country. God bless you Pearl and thanks!
